  Turned up with my partner to sit and enjoy a desert but was met with a rude missable member of staff but we just thought maybe they was having a bad day, after having to ask for the pancake menu for my partner they tried snatching the other menu out of my hands, after our order was taken another member came with cutlery asking who ordered pancakes we said no one in the end so he just Heverly put them down and huffed. We won't be visiting this place again within our time in Tenerife

  A bit rude staff and very slow service even when it wasn't busy in the afternoon. The worst dining experienced in Tenerife the 2 weeks I stayed there. They were offering sandwich with shrimps with nice pictures of on the menu but when served it looked and tasted worse then sandwich from 7/11 shop. Just see the pictures...
