  I've had MANY fantastic memories here over the past 10 years. It's always buzzing, they have various areas with different styles of music and my personal favourite - Coco Bongos with cheesy music and the DJ's really keep you entertained. Prices very good and offer quality spirits, not the cheap nasty stuff.

  However, if you wish to call the police (and maybe follow up on the points I have made in (1) above), I would be more than happy to help them out. I could actually give them a spot on identification. The one who bent down and stole my wallet was the man with tattoos on his neck who works in your kitchen. The same person who informed me that my wallet had been handed in behind the bar, and then about 10 minutes later also returned with my stolen money claiming that he had found it in the toilet!! Some coincidence that, we're probably talking lottery winning odds!

  Had my wallet stolen by 2 members of staff. 1 acted as a diversion, putting his arm around me & talking irrelevant nonsense whilst the other 1 bent down, picked up my wallet (which had unbeknown to me fallen from my pocket), and scarpered with it.

  When I posted this review, I wasn't really expecting much,(Have absolutely nothing to gain from giving a negative review, was merely trying to warn others about the thieves employed by Tramps.) As a presumably professional and reputable company, I was maybe expecting an appropriate response, something along the lines of "we apologise for your experience, we have identified the culprits and they no longer work for us". That would have been the end of it.

  They asked me to just wait a while, and after about 10 minutes, the thieving employee returned with my money in his hand and claimed he had found it in the toilet!!

  I also suggest you show this CCTV footage to the police. Surely any reputable company would have IMMEDIATELY called the police and handed them the CCTV footage, whether the thieves were employed by your company or not (which they were). I'm sure the police would be very interested to know why you didn't apprehend (and hand over to them) someone who you have just caught red handed, stealing on your premises. Actually, any right minded person would wonder why you never did this.

  After a lot of deliberation in their own language,(which I obviously couldn't understand), the person who made off with my wallet (an employee of the club) appeared and said that a wallet had been handed in behind the bar. Upon retrieving it and noticing that my money (About 200 euros) was missing, I returned to the door staff and again asked them to phone the police.

  We wanted to go somewhere we could dance. Visited the club in Friday night and arrived little bit after the midnight. It was very quiet, nobody was dancing and the main area was closed. Nothing bad to say, just really quiet. It could be that we were too early or just on the wrong time. Hoped to see the experience of my life...

  I would suggest that you post this CCTV footage on line, therefore backing up your version of events. Presumably (as you seem to be denying it), it wouldn't show one of your employees distracting me by draping his arms around me and therefore trying to shield his accomplice (also an employee of yours), whilst he bent down and picked up my wallet off the floor.
