  Place is generally ok.. nice pool area.. food is good... Outside bar area.. but no inside bar.. it's a little cold at nite, thru the winter months.. be good to have a drink in doors..

  The hotel is in a great location. Round the corner from bars and restaurants and only a 10 minute walk to the beach and easy to walk to Los Cristianos.

  The worst place we have EVER stayed in Tenerife. SUPPOSED to be Self catering which is all I ever go. No shelf in the oven, fridge falling apart. The first night the bed almost fell apart and had to be fixed by a workman. They moved us to a new apartment but still waited 2 days for a shelf for oven. If you wanted a microwave you had to HIRE it for €35. A COMPLETE JOKE STAY AWAY. The food for all inclusive smells worse than hospital food. Got no clean bedding and no change of towels. One good thing THE STAFF WERE VERY NICE, but couldn't resolve our issues!!!!!! The entertainment or should I say lack of just a Joke.

  amazing place to stay. worth going all inclusive. food is amazing also the alcohol isn't watered down. amazing staff. clean rooms. lots of activities. we went for new year they put a special meal, which was great plus fire works. they kept the all inclusive bar open a extra hour. Dario and Stephan were part of the animation team and were fantastic with all age groups. mister sister show is a must!! in the room and hotel u get free WiFi too. only downside is there is no inside bar. they do have heaters out, so worth taking a jacket for night time.

  The pool gets very crowded and the sun beds are so close together you feel you are sat with strangers. There were still lots of children even though term time had started. Due to this spent most days at the beach which was fine as it's so close

  We stayed at the front on the hotel on the first floor - it was very loud! In the early morning the sound of bins being collected, delivery trucks and cars outside where loud enough to wake you up. We were generally out very late but on the one night we came back earlier you could hear the other guests loudly coming back though the entrance below from their nights out - so if possible request a room at the other side.

  Staff are really friendly , lovely place to be, loads of sunbed, no one would not have one. Sunbed by pool and on the upper deck right and left side,. Food not a lot of choice , but could put up with , snacks do not change, same every day and evening..but would still return, apartments lovely and clean.
