  This is a lovely little hotel, short walk to beach, supermarket etc close by. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms are lovely. Food is average, lovely swimming pool. The only fault was only about an hours sunshine on balcony and pool very shady, need to move round with the sun! This is due to buildings nearby shading the pool as the hotel is accessed by going down a flight of steps, then further steps down to pool. Obviously as we went here in December we wanted the sunshine but no doubt in the heat of summer the shade would be an asset. We would definitely return here if we go back to Tenerife. One warning though, we used taxis a lot whilst here and the drivers were very fair until the last day when we were short-changed twice. We handed a 10 euro note and were given 5 coins change. It was dark and no interior light so assumed was 5 euros. On getting out of taxi and realising what change we had, the taxi had disappeared,.not even returning to the taxi rank nearby. If getting in taxi ask fare first and have coins ready not notes!! Having said this we had a brilliant week's holiday. Definitely recommend the Music Hall Tavern for the funniest night out!

  We were welcomed with a glass of shampaign and the hotel was kind enough to leave us dinner in the room (due to our late arrival); the pool water was warm and hotel members friendly and polite; you could make your own meals with the buffet with reverse food, or have a dinner made from the chef; on check out we were presented with a courtesy room to freshen up before the flight; the hotel is close to many local cocktail bars and restaurants and great for a night out, also the beach is just a five minute walk away (if not less) all in all, would definitely visit again, cozy, friendly and lively place, loved it!

  A fantastic hotel, recently upgraded rooms and areas. An excellent selection of dishes at meal times. Pool area is clean and water warm.

  Food great, apartment great, lost luggage turned up with the help of Pedro at reception... Great place, very modern so lots of plug sockets, BBC1 and ITV when you're in the apartment. Pool area brill with actual beds for sunbathing which is great! Lots of supermarkets, bars nearby but it's really quiet at night. 10 min walk from Siam Mall and watermark. Beach ok but small. Weather great for this time of year about 19-22 degrees, hot in the sun, cool in the shade. And considering what we have back home, it's great!
