  Gala Tenerife is about 15 minutes in a taxi away from the airport, easy to just pay a taxi instead of transfers. Lovely hotel, lots of room and lovely place to walk around. Plenty of beds at the pool which is a decent size also. Only issue is trying to connect to the wifi but it's not the end of the world :). Breakfast is tasty and dinner isn't too bad either, I'd recommend the beef and couscous​! Friendly staff and a clean room, what more do you want with 26 degree heat outside! Would stay again and hopefully be more familiar with Tenerife the next time!

  We were in room 212 which was right next to the cleaners closet. 7am every morning we were women up by the noise of the cleaners. We are early risers but a little lay in on holiday would have been nice. Overall a lovely hotel.

  Very bad food, very noisy place, cant get any sleep at all because of all the night clubs right in front of the hotel and drunk people shouting all night, u have to pay extra literally for everything here where normally its all included in your stay in any other 4* hotel. We have been to maaany hotels in maaany countries in last 20 years and this one is the worst experience so far, as the matter of fact we,ve enjoyed many hostels and 2* hotels much more than this place and staff only makes this place even worse....very rude people

  Located approx 200 yards to nightlife but couldn't hear it from hotel. Beach and restaurants approx 300 yards.

  A nice place. I will come back. The hotel seems to be stuck in a rut. Is it going to be high quality or budget end. It looks good, staff are courteous, Paying for mattress everyday on sunlounger is a bit much. Rules on restaurant etiquette in evening not enforced. Some areas not as accessible as others. As you can see I'm looking for faults. Entertainment is a bit tacky at night. I enjoy it but once again trying to provide professional show but done in an amature way. Very clean.

  Every thing charged to your room and pay on checking out so worth keeping the receipts as this tots up over the week. Fridge and safe also chargeable.

  The hotel was lovely and very clean.food excellent good choice at every meal. the staff were very friendly.location good.only downfall no atmosphere as they were catering for the French and Germans, there was building work going on but hardly noticed it,our room was not as requested but was excellent, didn't like paying extra for wi-fi, fridge and not paying until the end of our stay.

  Just come back from this hotel. Great family hotel. Extremely clean. Food and entertainment very good. Lovely pool & sun lounger areas.
