  Great place to stay. You have the sea across the road and the pools in the hotel grounds. Great food a d service. Rooms quite basic but clean and beds comfortable. Wpuld definetly go back.

  The cleaners access the room daily and there is little opportunity for anyone to walk in other than them. My trousers were packed one and a half days before leaving as I remember doing it.

  I'm highly disappointed that a member of your staff would stoop to such a level as there is no other possibly reason for it. Not reported to the tour operator as I can't prove it.

  the pools look much bigger in the pictures than they actually are! There are never enough beds by the pool and if you really want one you have to wait in the queue for 30-40 min in the morning. Most of the people take like five towels and cover the best of them and then you have to be happy with what it's left! The price is enormous(we came in August) and the drinks are not included in the price! The room was much smaller than in the picture! They don't have music at all during the day, they just turn it on and shout outside at 11pm! Never coming again!

  Great location by the beach and only a few minutes walking distance to the city center and night life. Rooms nicely renovated, big bath, but rather small bedroom. Great service with privilege band. Beautiful rooftop patio with jacuzzi, unfortunately the water is cold. Pools are a nice size and kept clean. The majority of hotel guests are 65+, a few families and the (tiny) rest is middle aged. Not much socializing and very little animation. Food at buffet is average, food at restaurants is very good.

  Now the doors are secured with a credit card type lock and doors are strong. Not once was my door left open by me as I was alone.

  Have nothing but good comments about the hotel, it's spotlessly clean. We have a seaview on the 6th floor with fabulous views. The food is of great quality with such a large range of international food. The staff are incredibly polite and helpful. Definately a hotel to return to.
