  love this place very clean rooms and building large pool very close to the beach and restaurants also the pubs about 3 mins walk stuff is very kind most kind is the people in the restaurants no downfalls with this people

  Nice clean hotel. It was nice and cheap. Close enough to the main area so can walk down but would get a taxi back up if ur lazy as its uphill

  The noise from our room was extremely loud very early in the morning from work being done in the hotel. When we complained we were told we were 'crazy' and it was impossible to hear the noise from our room as we were staying on the 4th floor. The second day this happened we took a video to prove it and the manager did not want to listen to any of it. He was extremely rude and unhelpful. The man on reception was also very rude. The only memeber of staff that was helpful was the lady at reception. I was also told by the man I was the only one complaining about the noise, even when a family behind me in the Queue had the same problem as myself. I would not recommend this hotel as the staff are rude and it was not a pleasent experience. IN REPLY TO YOUR RESPONSE OWNER: yes I am fully aware we were on the fourth floor. We showed you the videos of the noise from our room on the second day which were 10 o clock but you know they were 8 am they day prior to this. The room 2 away from me also complained about the noise as did a family from Liverpool which you are trying to Deny. I ALSO FORGOT TO MENTION THE WALLS ARE LIKE PAPER CAN HEAR ALL THE TRAFFIC FROM THE MOTORWAY SITUATED RIGHT BESIDE HOTEL. As ye can all tell with the response I got - rude staff . STAY AWAY
